What makes a good blog? I sometimes ask myself. Very long posts about death anxiety? Fourteen skimpy and nearly-identical posts about Michael Cera in one week? Things having to do with sex?
No. What makes a good blog is cleverly annotated pictures of dresses and shoes. How delightful! And somehow… soothing. That’s what you will find at Bunnyshop, with which I am lately obsessed.
Yeah yeah, I know this is all getting very girly, and that this post may in fact drive our male readers away. (All two of them! Out of five total readers!) But a girl gets tired. A girl feels drained sometimes, and a little carpal tunnely in her left hand and wrist, and decides to write something short(ish) about nail polish.
So, I’m in love with Essie nail polish in Clam Bake.
In the sun, it’s more orange than red. At the bar, the opposite. When you put on the coral linen skirt from H&M that you’re not entirely sure about (because: coral? linen?), it becomes coral too. And then you’re like, I either have to take this skirt off, or rip out all my fingernails with pliers. So at least it forces you to make a decision about the skirt. For now, at least.
